  English Language Teaching
Professional development workshops (see below) are offered every term for working teachers of ESOL and others interested in the field. You can register online, but email elsc@newschool.edu or call 212.229.5372 for advising before you register.

The New School offers the MA degree in TESOL as well as a 5-course certificate for aspiring or working ESOL teachers for whom the MA program may be inappropriate.   English as a Second Language
Except for Accent Reduction (register below), placement advising is required prior to registering for courses in English as a second language.
