Professional development workshops (see below) are offered every term for working teachers of ESOL and others interested in the field. You can register online, but email elsc@newschool.edu or call 212.229.5372 for advising before you register.

The New School offers the MA degree in TESOL as well as a 5-course certificate for aspiring or working ESOL teachers for whom the MA program may be inappropriate. Except for Accent Reduction (register below), placement advising is required prior to registering for courses in English as a second language.
